4. RECORD VS PLAYOFF TEAMS BY PCT (unless both undefeated, then most wins vs playoff teams, then best games record vs playoff teams). 
5. PLAY-IN MATCH FOR LAST PLAYOFF SPOT, COIN TOSS FOR SEEDING.
