(If head to head record is tied, then the best margin of victory in all head to head games between all of the teams involved in the tie is calculated to a maximum margin of 5 runs per game. For this tiebreaker, total combined number of games played vs the other teams involved in the tie by each team in the tie must be the same. Not the # of games against any individual team in the tie but the combined number of games against all of the teams in the tie.)
