In a Hard Fought and very close game throughout, The Heschel Heat won their first MYHSAL championship! Througout the game, Heschel struggled against the MDY 2-3 zone as did MDY against Heschel's man to man. It all came down to 6 seconds to go with MDY up by 2 when Heschel's Ricky Sutton executed a perfect sideline out of bounds play and converted a 3 point play for the Championship knocking down the free throw with less than 2 seconds on the clock. Sutton led Heschel with 15 points, 11 in the vital 4th Qtr. and Raymond Jajati led MDY with 18. This was Heschel's first MYHSAL Championship after being runner's up 2 other times!
