JEC Thunder headed to Washington Heights to take on the MTA Lions. The game was pshyical and intense as the gym was packed. The Lions were honoring their Srs for their hard word they put in the last four years. MTA gained control in the first period going into the second period up 2-0. They then padded their lead and went up 5-0 midway through the second. JEC fought all the way back to cut the lead to 5-3 with about 10 minutes left in the third. The last six mintues was a back and forth with both goalies making key saves to keeo the game close. 

MTA ended up winning 5-3 and improved to 11-4 on the year. They will face HAFTR in the quarter finals.
