The Frisch Cougars took on the Kushner Cobras at home to open the playoffs, Frisch controlled the game from start to finish. Bloom and Bauer netted first period goals. Feintuch and Tropp scored in the second while Bauer completed a hatrick. Tropp  scored again in the third on a feed from Feintuch and Captain Charlie Bendheim capped the scoring  to go along with his 4 assists in the game. Charlie Freilich backed Frisch to the shutout and 8-0 win.
