With a large crowd packing the gym both teams started off slowly with no score in the first 3 minutes of the game. From there MTA worked on establishing its outside shooting while YDE established their inside presence. The first quarter ended with a score of 15-9 MTA in the lead. The second quarter MTA went on a 18-6 run going into half up 33-15. 
In the second half MTA held off a YDE 4-0 run to pull to 46-19 at the end of 3 ultimately winning the game 53-32. Jack Sayegh led the way for YDE with 12 points. For MTA Aryeh Halpert, Meir Jacoby, and Eli Gruenburg led a well balanced scoring attack with 8 points apiece. ( other guys scored for MTA in the victory.
