In a rematch of last year's championship, HAFTR squared off against MAY, the team that mercied them the year before. MAY had already defeated HAFTR twice this year, allowing a total of 4 runs over 2 games. The rematch was to be played at  Grant Park, MAY's home field.

After a Yehuda Levine blast  put  MAY up 1-0, pitcher Yehuda "I'm ok, Rabbi" Blonder followed with a 2 run triple, followed by a Benny Horowitz single to put HAFTR up 3-1. After another Levine blast put MAY back in the game at 3-2 in the 3rd, William Ness, 1/4 of the Nasty N's, followed with a double, and was then driven home by "Double N" himself, Noah, "NO-NO" Nierenberg to put HAFTR back up by 2.

In the bottom of the fourth, MAY rallied back with three unanswered runs, capped by a double by Yitzy Berger, to put MAY ahead, 5-4.The top of the fifth saw HAFTR push a run across with doubles by Laniado and Kramer. In the sixth, HAFTR looked like they would run away with it when Laniado crushed a grand slam, putting HAFTR up 10-5. However, in the bottom of the 5th, MAY put together a 3 run rally, pulling to 10-8. In the top of the 7th, Blonder once again helped his cause by crushing a solo homerun, putting HAFTR up 11-8, which is how it would end.
