Riverdale, NY -- The SAR sting defeated MTA 5-0 in their home opener and second game of a back to back between these two teams. SAR was led by goal scorer Solomon Freilich, who recorded the hat trick. Senior Captain Azriel Lavi had a goal and assist. Sam Soff added a goal on a nice rebound. Josh Rosenberg and Ariel Smith each had a pair of assists. Sophmore, Jason Burian, recored an assist on Soff's goal marking his 1st point in his young Varsity career.

SAR Goaltenders, Jonah Amron and Ben Winter, combined for the shutout.

Each team was 0-1 on the Power Play.
