MTA was led by strong goaltending from Zeve Kornwasser, who recovered from giving up a first period goal, to shut the door on the Rams the rest of the way.

Captain Gabe Isaacs tied the game in the second period, and the game remained tied at 1 after the third period. 

In a crazy overtime, Captain Yaakov Bienstock scored on a power play goal, assisted by Isaacs, to send the Lions home with the win.

In addition, to the goal scorers, the Lions got a strong defensive effort from Daniel Landa and Yaron Kahan.
